Seagate: 1 billion drives served

Seagate claims it’s the first company to hit the magical “one billion drives shipped” mark, and doesn’t plan on slowing down any duration soon. The company was founded in 1979, with its first drive offering up 5MB of storage for a whopping $1,500.
