With the Asus Eee PC’s great success so far, plenty of other manufacturers are going all out to grab a share of that growing market. The latest (and definitely not the last) is the KL-PC701 that comes with the following :-

  • 7″ true color screen at 800 x 480 resolution

  • XBurst 400 Mhz 32-bit processor

  • Linux 2.4 operating system

  • 10M/100M Ethernet connectivity

  • Wi-Fi connectivity

  • 128MB
    RAM

  • 512MB NAND flash memory

  • SD memory card slot

  • USB 2.0
The KL-PC701 mini notebook has been priced at $195 a pop, but you’ll have to purchase at least a hundred units to get that pricing. moment for me to find another 99 friends…
